This is then translated to the workplace where the importance of having fun while working is emphasized. This makes the workers able to work more effectively and achieve the set goals.
The employees in an organization tend to be varied in nature. That is, they are from varying backgrounds and are strangers to each other. Working with unfamiliar persons at first can be quite hectic and it might cost the organization in terms of productivity. However, after the workers go for these team building activities and games they get to know more about each other. This happens when they are grouped into teams.
